After working on a new ‘make-it-louder’ solution for industrial environments, we are delighted to introduce the Digicore Amplified – in-cab speaker.
This solution represents a significant improvement to current ‘Driver Alert’ systems and is designed to meet the demands of a wide range of industries. Currently under development, this next-generation product offers enhanced alert capabilities to address the growing needs for functional driver alerts in association with real-time monitoring and safety.
Fortescue, a major mining operator, has been trialing our innovation, deploying five units across their operations. These trials mark a pivotal step as we aim to revolutionise the IVMS market and expand Digicore’s scope in ensuring operational excellence.
Amplifying Driver Alerts
Digicore Amplified’s unique features include a high-quality marine-grade speaker that connects directly to the camera system. This speaker addresses a common challenge: in noisy cabin environments, standard camera alerts can be drowned out, putting safety at risk. With our amplified system, alerts are both clear and precise, making it an ideal fit for high-stakes environments, where every second matters. The speaker activates only for critical events, such as detecting driver drowsiness or distraction, focusing attention on moments that truly need it and minimising unnecessary disruptions.

Amplified Overview
For use with CB’s and other communication devices, this mono speaker can be mounted in any position for enhanced listening of incoming transmissions. It comes with a 3.5mm plug on a 2-metre cable and includes screws and bracket mounting. It incorporates an 8 ohm rectangular speaker and can handle 5 Watts Max.
