The DM Dot Sensor goes beyond location. Built on the same ultra-rugged Dot platform, it adds onboard temperature, humidity, accelerometer and hall-effect (magnet detection) sensors — turning a simple BLE tag into an environmental and event monitoring device. Know What’s Happening to Your Assets
Temperature and humidity readings give you ambient condition data for cold-chain compliance, sensitive-goods storage and climate-controlled environments. The 3-axis accelerometer detects movement and high-g impacts, alerting you to mishandling or unauthorised shifting of equipment. A hall-effect sensor detects magnetic proximity changes — attach a magnet to a door, hatch or lid and the Dot Sensor registers every open and close event, ideal for tamper detection, usage logging and security monitoring.
Visual Threshold Alerts
A high-bright red LED behind the translucent housing flashes when a sensor threshold is breached — a temperature excursion, an impact event, or a door-open alert becomes immediately visible on-site without needing to check an app or dashboard.

The Dot Sensor shares the same 59 × 42 × 13 mm form factor and IP68/IK07 rating as the rest of the Dot family. A GORE® Vent ensures accurate ambient temperature and humidity readings without compromising the waterproof seal. Powered by a 580 mAh CR2450 coin cell with configurable sensor sampling intervals to balance data granularity against battery longevity.

AES-256 encrypted configuration locked to your Device Manager account. Bulk-provision hundreds of Dot Sensors via QR code scan with reusable parameter templates. Set custom sensor thresholds, sampling intervals and alert triggers from the Provisioning App on Android or iOS.
Seamless Integration with Digicore Gateway Devices
The DM Dot Tag integrates effortlessly with the full range of Digital Matter Bluetooth gateway trackers available from Digicore, including the Manta Fusion, DART3 BLE, G70 BLE, G150, Remora 3, Hawk Bluetooth+, Arrow Global BLE and Oyster3 BLE. When a gateway device passes within range of a Dot Tag, it captures the beacon’s data and relays it via cellular to your tracking platform — no additional infrastructure needed.
