  •  The feature of the camera reading every speed sign was deemed repetitive and potentially distracting for drivers. Digicore agreed to remove this feature, aligning with other industry operators.
  •  Client X suggested the removal of the tailgating / front collision warning feature. Digicore confirmed that this feature can be switched off according to client requirements.
  •  The lane drifting feature was another aspect Client X opted to remove. Digicore acknowledged this preference and confirmed the feature could be deactivated.
  •  In terms of fatigue management, Client X desired improved control. Digicore was already in the process of reducing the fatigue time for the camera and could also enable the fatigue timers on the IVMS 2.0 if requested.

Digicore also clarified two key points: The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in the IVMS 2.0 is monitored by the vehicle tracker, with all events captured on the Telematics Guru interface. Camera-based notifications can be minimized if preferred, providing essential context to the events.

Result

Digicore’s swift response and tailored solutions ensured that all issues and requests were promptly addressed, showcasing the flexibility of their IVMS solutions. Rapid implementation of changes, pending Client X’s approval, allowed for a follow-up review to confirm the new settings and provide the right notifications and reporting.
