This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all suppliers and subcontractors of Digicore. It reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and the promotion of human rights.
Compliance with Laws
Suppliers must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
Labour Standards
Prohibition of child labour forced labour, and any form of modern slavery. Suppliers must provide fair wages, humane working conditions, and respect workers’ rights to freedom of association. A copy of our Modern Slavery Commitment Policy.
Health and Safety
Commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are expected to operate in an environmentally responsible manner, minimising environmental impact.
Anti-Discrimination
No discrimination based on race, gender, disability, religion, or any other characteristic.
Anti-Corruption and Bribery
Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or unethical business practices.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Respect for confidentiality and adherence to data protection laws.
Reporting Violations
Suppliers must report any violations of this Code and cooperate in any related investigations via compliance@digicore.com.au
Enforcement and Compliance
Failure to comply with this Code may result in a re-evaluation or termination of the supplier relationship.
